A) Registration Process
All participants are required to register online through the 8WCCA website, filling in the registration form. If you have any questions, please contact the organization by email to email@example.com.
B) Registration Fees
There are different payment categories. Please read carefully each one to make correct selection in advance to complete the registration. All participants are required to submit the payment document.
In addition, if a participant choses any discounted rate, it will be necessary to upload additional information to certify it:
In order to qualify for the “Member of officially registered CA association” registration rate, you need to send a proof that you are a member of a CA association. Please upload a copy of your official member certificate on the registration platform.
In order to qualify for the “student” registration rate, you need to send a proof that you are a full-time or part-time student. Please upload a copy of your student card (both sides showing photo, name and card expiry date) on the registration platform.
We are not providing any kind of accommodation or transport to participants. Any shuttle service related to Congress activities will be conveyed during the Congress. The participants will pay any accommodation, transport and parking fees and they are not refundable.
C) Methods of payment
Proof of payment by wire transfer must be uploaded through the registration form. Please pay attention that the registered name matches with the name on the bank receipt. Wire transfers must be followed by a copy of bank remittance.

Online payment services will be available by January 15th until June 15th (end of the standard registration).
Three months before the Congress starts, means of payment will be available only by using the online payment services.
D) Confirmation of Registration
All those registered will receive a confirmation email when the registration is completed and the supporting documents have been received. In case of an incomplete registration, the organization will contact the participant to facilitate completion.
All cancellations should be informed at least one month in advance before the beginning of the 8WCCA.
Only cancellations made in writing are acceptable and they should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The fee paid will be refunded, less any administrative fee.
Bank charges for remittance will be paid by the participants.
If the event will be cancelled due to any reason, the total amount of the fee will be refunded.
The Congress organization reserves the rights of changes of venue, program, time and cancellation of events. Participants will be informed of changes in advance.
F) Refund Policy
If the participant is unable to attend to the 8th World Congress on Conservation Agriculture, the refund policy will be applicable:
Before 60 days: 100% refund. (less administrative fee)
Between 30 and 60 days: 70% refund. (less administrative fee)
Less than 30 days: No refund.
H) Invitation Letter
An invitation letter for visa purposes can only be made available to participants with a confirmed registration. Please contact us by email to email@example.com to request an invitation letter.
Obtaining a visa letter does not imply that the organization of the 8th World Congress on Conservation Agriculture, will provide financial support. In case of a visa request rejection (according to an official denied document from the Embassy), the Congress organization will refund the registration fee.
I) Visa Information
Those who have registered can consult the visa information through the official Swiss website.
It is important for participants to remember that the procedure to obtain a visa may take time, therefore, apply for visa in good time.
